Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Best Bud Seeds, our customers are our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will provide you with a full refund.

Before returning any of our products, please ensure you read and comply fully with our Return Policy (below). We are under no obligation to accept a return, or provide a refund, if these terms are not followed.

Section 297A of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, Subtitle G, clearly states that “the term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”


Best Bud Seeds accepts returns for up to seven days after you have received your order.

You must contact us to let us know you wish to return a product, and to begin the return process. Do not return the products until you have received our confirmation of your return. We will provide you with a specific mailing address used only for returns. Do not return products to the main office addresses listed on the website.

Best Bud Seeds will not issue a refund for any product returned to us without this confirmation.

We strongly recommend including a tracking number with your returned products so you can ensure their safe delivery and receipt. Prior to receipt by our warehouse, we accept no responsibility for items lost in the postal system during delivery.


Once our shipping warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund for said items, in the same method in which the original payment was made. (For instance, if the order was paid for by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Best Bud Seeds does not allow exchanges. Instead customers will need to request a refund and then submit another purchase under another transaction.
